It seems one of our allies had the port on his own neck hacked recently. One of your waiters at Spectrum: Takashi Natsume.

I can't say for certain whether he's returned to normal or not, but the programming in question caused him to attempt to kill any elites he came across. Or at least, that was the end result.

Honestly, he's rather lucky to have found me instead of someone mortal, or he might be facing a few decades in Kantoi for murder.
