Where's Pilouette? [ But he knows. He suspects, at least. He didn't see her when he watched everyone come in. He was then reminded people died, and today that people are coming back. But still not her - he hasn't seen her and he doesn't know. He sounds somewhat lost, he sounds choked up. He half wants to just leave the journal behind and...
Precis... ] I want to- ... Wait, what was that!
[ And then it cuts off- ]

[ Because his house just vanished. So did the pool There's just a grassy field with a tree in the middle of it. Shiemi was out somewhere and now it's just him and Skarmy, Shiemi's seven foot tall murderbird of steel. Her and Rin loo confused at each other. And then Skarmy squawks at him before making to fly off. Rin ends up flipping her the bird before going to collect Midori the turtle and go off to look all over down for where his house just vanished to ]

[The dream he had about everything going dark and then it feeling as though he was drowning in burning hot death all over again kind of made going back to sleep a little difficult.]
I thought a walk would help wake me up. [It hasn't done him much good, so far.] ... Your turtle is getting away. [Slowly. But it's making steady progress!]
[Action]
[ Because that isn't something we need to worry about. Instead, he just tilts his head ]
Why didn't you just sleep more?
[Action]
[Tired as he was, he'd rather stay up with his thoughts than fall back asleep and relive that experience all over again. Even if it was just a dream it still felt like it was happening to him all over again. He seems noticeably troubled when he thinks about last night, briefly sighing to himself and rubbing the back of his head before looking back up at Rin.]
I'll take a nap later or something.

[ Rin hasn't had bad nightmares yet - not any which broke through his thick skull. He'll be getting them and they'll be lingering with him, soon enough. ]

[He's half tempted to say he doesn't look too bad, but nah, he knows he doesn't look his best. Who does after a sleepless night, really. He lifts his arms up as he stretches, tilting his head back a little as he does so.]
Anyway, do you want any help with anything? I can go look and see if any of your stuff turned up anywhere.
[Since he's down a house and everything in it and all. A little searching around the shops might help wake him up and keep him going longer than just wandering about outside.]

[Or he imagines so anyway? It would suck if on top of his house vanishing, or being moved somewhere, everything inside got thrown around. Or if everything inside vanished. Really the situation sucks in general.]
Do you wanna split up and look for it? You can take some of the village and I'll look around the rest to see what we can find. [If anything.]

[ Nod to himself. Wait, where did Midori go ]

[He told you about your turtle man. And now it's gone. Way to go... But luckily, it won't be gone for long! Caius is about to find her. By turning around, managing to walk two steps and tripping over her.
He doesn't kick her or hurt her or anything. He just sort of stumbles over her when he realises there's a turtle at his feet, falls forward and introduces his face to the floor. Ow. He's too tired for this.]

Oh shut up, like I could've noticed her down there!
[DON'T YOU LAUGH DUDE he told you about the turtle and you didn't care. Also you're still missing a house. So there.]

[ L O S E R he keeps laughing, but then makes his way over so he can pick up Midori to get her back with him ]

What was I meant to do?! I would've kicked her if I didn't fall!
[On the plus side, tripping over Midori has helped him wake up some. So there's something!]

Good... [Well, he should probably get back to the task at hand. Arguing over something as small as this could wait until another. Or, more hopefully, will end up forgotten.
He lingers for a moment before turning to head off again, without being thwarted by anything at his feet this time.]

After looking around for a good amount of time and finding nothing, he heads over to wait for Rin at Seventh Heaven like they agreed. While waiting he takes a seat at one of the tables where he can keep an eye on the door while waiting for Rin to show up. It doesn't take too long for his sleepless night to catch up to him though, and before Rin manages to show up Caius has fallen asleep at the table. Arms folded on the table, head resting on top of them, breathing deeply.]
[Action]

Well whatever, he won't wake him. He'll just go get him some food for if he gets up ]
