[So after running into Izumo and getting properly dressed, Rin sets out to complete his sweep for Kurikara in the item shop before heading back "home" to House 15. Possibly with Izumo he goes back there but maybe not. Either way, he ends up going there in the relatively early morning. Run into him en route, while he's looking for Kurikara, or when he's there.]

[Voice]

...Ossu. It's me, Rin Okumura. I got sent back. [And I've been informed my brother went home.

I'm apart from Yukio. I know I upset a lot of you. He bites his lip and then shakes his head. No, he's not saying any of that]

Pity it's too cold, h-huh? I wanted to go swimming in this pool, now it's kinda too cold for it...

Ack-waaah? HE JUST GOT DONE SAYING IT WAS WAY TOO COLD FOR THE POOL. And now he's falling into it glu glu glub godammit] Waaaaah?!

[More crying. MORE CRYING THAN HE CAN HANDLE.]

Rin, Rin, I'm so sorry! I was so angry with myself that I couldn't apologize to you because you were gone and I did terrible things to you and I'm so sorry!

[More crying. More clinging. WHO CARES ABOUT WATER, it's more important that she apologize and cry it out ok!!]

Wha--- come on, wait! We're gonna drown! [He's struggling to keep them afloat, but this water is .. well it's not deep, it's only like eight feet deep at the deepest, but it's distinctly cold and deep enough he has to paddle to keep them afloat]

[She'll stop, but she'll just hold on to him. Still sobbing.

...uh should she be trying to kick or something? Because the fact that she doesn't know how to swim comes to mind.]

D-don't let me drown before I can properly apologize!

[And she tackled them into this freezing water?! It's cold. He gags, gripping her tighter and getting her under his arm so he can paddle towards the sides]

[She'll... be attempting to swim! At least kick to give them some momentum to where they can get out.]

N-no, I've told you that before...! [Glug. Whoops. Cloche will make sure her face stays above water though; less talking more concentrating on that.]

No you haven't! [In fact, one arm and his tail around her waist, he's going to use the other arm to one-arm pull them up further to the edge of the pool. He can then get some traction with his feet too... but then shoes weren't made to get leverage underwater]

[She'll be there. Kicking. Trying. And trying not to kick Rin as she attempts to help. It's useless to try to argue right now, and it would be better to get out of the pool, considering it's cooler outside now! CLoche will be quiet and just concentrating on kicking and getting to the edge of the pool now.]

[Yeah it's late September the water's totally freezing, okay. Like, dreadfully. Cold. But Rin is just working to grip the edge while still holding her, shouting between his head sinking a bit about her struggling too much. But at least he got a grip. He lifts up with one hand to get them mostly out -]

[SHE'LL BE USEFUL NOW and grab the edge, pulling herself out of the water halfway. Once she's fully out she'll fret over the fact that her skirt is now sticking to her thighs (and she's very much trying to pull it off of them into a more comfortable wet clothes position), but otherwise she'll wait for Rin to get out, sniffling and half-crying all the while. This time, she will NOT knock him and herself into the pool when she again latches herself on to him to cry more.]

[It is way too cold for this. If he were cooler, now that they're out and wet, he would light his flames around them to warm them up... but as it is, his emotions are running high too so he can't trust himself. Instead he just lightly wraps his arms around Cloche, brushing her shoulders]

C'mon, don't cry...

But... but! I didn't mean anything I said to you before! I don't hate you, I'm sorry for shooting Replekia at you, I... [SOB.] I would never do that normally! [And she still feels terrible for it.]

Yeah, I figured. That wasn't like you at all, I know. [Still brushing her, he's still smiling]

I... I was sick. [sniffle] The... the other girls from Metafalss, th-they caused it, I think.

[She'll not move. She'll stay. In those STRONG SHOUNEN ARMS ~~because with abs like he has, his arms are probably just as buff~~]

Man, that's some sort of sickness. [He forwns ~~but he does indeed~~. Either way, he keeps brushing, keeping her. well, close. But they're both wet and it's cold. He should get them inside or something]

I haven't [hic] been sick like that f-for a long time, I... [Never thought it would happen here. A lot of things that would happen normally in Metafalss don't happen here.] I'm so sorry, Rin.

[What is he supposed to say here? He doesn't really know what he's supposed to say here. "It's okay" or something like that would be pretty swallow. So instead, still brushing her-] At least you shot me, I can take it.

[Well that's one way of putting it.]

But I-- I shouldn't have! Having command of that much power, only to use it when I shouldn't...

It's not like you can pick and choose what powers you got. I didn't pick to have the flames. [With a little pat on her back again]

I... I kind of did? But it wasn't... I didn't want to hurt anyone with Replekia's powers. It was supposed to save everyone.

[Sigh. She'll just kind of lean into Rin, tears finally starting to stop. On the bright side, she got to apologize to him! It made this whole mess not so bad in the sense that things would probably start looking up. After all, he wasn't angry with her, and he seemed to just be happy she was all right.]

I'm just glad I didn't hurt you more.

Yeah, I'm totally fine. I was fine then, even, I'm okay. It's okay. [He finally settles in to say that, petting her some more. But they're wet and outside in September. It's not really that cold yet, but it's still basically too cold. He's just trying to say comforting things now]

I-- ...all right. Thank you. For stopping me then, and... and for now. I'm glad you're back, Rin.

[No use in continuing to apologize if he's saying it's all right. Though, after the unintended dip in the pool, it's getting cold. Because of that, Cloche will draw closer to Rin, looking for some sort of heat.]

Though-- I apologize for knocking you and myself into the pool. I was happy you had come back.

I guess I get that. It's... okay. We should probably warm you up or something though. [And now have a hot wet girl clinging to him. But it's fine, he says to himself it's fine even if it's very cold sob]

Y-yes, I'd like that. I-I didn't r-really think about th-that when I saw y-you. [Yeah, definitely needs a fire or blankets or something now. Not that Rin isn't adequate for heat, but those other things would be nice. Thar be goosebumps and some shivering now.]

C'mon, up and at 'em. Get up now. [And he makes for standing, going to pull her up with him. He'll just take her inside, and there's a bunch of sun lamps for the plants in the living room. She'll warm right up quick enough just from that]
